FB Series Manifold
About Our FB Series Manifold Products
Here at KOOL Flow Manifold we pride ourselves on our innovative FB Series Manifolds. KOOL Flow Manifold is a one-stop shop, providing its customers with a complete set of value-added solutions—including mold, fixture and gauge design and build, as well as a complete line of automation equipment.
According to KOOL Flow President Ron Seabolt—who actually invented the system—most manifolds have no flexibility, which means no room for “on-the-fly” changes. This system is designed with our exclusive Flex Block (FB) technology. The FB Series Manifold is comprised of modular block assemblies can be used for multiple application needs. The FB Series reduces assembly time and allows for those on-the-fly modifications; and the system can be easily modified to add additional ports if the cool-down process is not fast enough. To add an additional outlet another port block can be added.
High Quality Custom Manifold Components
Our clients use a range of machinery for injection molding, water distribution, resistant welding, pneumatic control, vacuum forming, and die casting. Our flexible components allow clients to choose the manifold system based on their individual needs and desired outcomes.
Are you looking for a flexible water manifold system? The FB Series water manifold is exactly what you'd expect from the industry's number one water manifold supplier. Designed with our exclusive FLEX BLOCK TECHNOLOGY features, the FB Series delivers superior design and flexibility to meet the most demanding applications. Six patented modular block assemblies can be used for multiple application needs. The Flexible design reduces assembly time and allows modifications for changes on the fly. Viton O-ring seals protect against leaks between block assemblies.
Design your Custom Manifold
KOOL Flow Manifold has an easy three-step process for designing your manifold. You start by selecting your inlet size and orientation. Our inlets have a straight (5 outlet hole) orientation or a 90° (3 outlet hole) orientation. You then choose your assembly style. We have port-to-port, port-to-blank, or port-to-divide, depending on your needs.
